Stage 3 Road Infrastructure

Endrick were appointed to deliver the Stage 3 Road and associated infrastructure at Dargavel Village, preparing the site for onward sale to housebuilder developers. The works included a 300m road extension with footpaths, cycleways and verges, new foul and surface water networks with deep attenuation systems, and new gas and potable water main infrastructure. Careful planning and coordination were essential to manage multiple live utility networks, ensuring the project was delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
